Quando offers two shipping options for delivery in the 48 contiguous U.S. Preferred shipping is not available to: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Canada.

In addition to the respective Value Ground rate:
- An added fee of $15 will be added on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
- An added fee of $19 ($15.00 + $4.00 brokerage fee) will be added on shipments to Canada.
Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 24-48 business hours of submitting an order, excluding weekends. Expedited orders placed after 3 p.m. Eastern Time will not be shipped until the following business day. Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday only. No weekend delivery. In most cases, when using Value Ground service, you should receive your products within 4-10 days of purchase. Deliveries to some locations may take longer. |

- Additional shipping surcharges for heavy or oversized items may apply.
- Hazardous material (HAZMAT), aerosol, and other regulated products can only be shipped by Value Ground to the 48 contiguous U.S., where permitted.
- No products on the Web site are offered for sale or shipped where prohibited by state law.
- Shipping surcharges on select items will be collected as noted on the product information pages and will be noted in your shopping cart.
- Please note that select products on our site ship via UPS Value Ground only and cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or Canada.
Weight Fees
Certain products that are oversized or bulky, have a shipping surcharge. Surcharges for a product are indicated on the product's page as well as in your shipping total.
Canadian Orders
Canadian orders can also be placed by calling our customer service associates at 1-866-639-0087. Our associates will be able to assist you with your order and advise you on Canadian shipping rates and delivery times.
International Orders
We can process international orders, outside the United States and Canada, only through our telephone ordering service. Please call 1-866-639-0087.
United States Sales Tax
Quando is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Kentucky residents only. The appropriate state and local tax rate will be charged on the price of the purchased items and, where required by law, on shipping and handling charges.
If you are making an exempt purchase, please contact the customer service center and provide them with the appropriate documentation (e.g. Resale or Exemption Certificate) to claim your exemption. Contacting our customer service associates at 1-866-639-0087 before entering your order will help to avoid billing adjustments.
Canadian Sales Tax
A service fee will be added to all orders shipped to Canada to cover the cost of export taxes.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed, unconditionally. Should you wish to make a return, please ship the item and your packing slip to:

Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS. Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Even exchanges are sent back to you at no additional charge. If you request a refund, your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return. Please note on the packing slip why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service.
Order is Damaged, Defective or the Wrong Item Was Shipped
If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately at 1-866-416-3091 so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement. |
